Dialogue social europ\u00e9en<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 du dialogue social et des n\u00e9gociations collectives afin de mettre en \u0153uvre efficacement le plan de relance pour l\u2019Europe et augmenter la r\u00e9silience des \u00c9tats membres en p\u00e9riode de crise \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Selon le trait\u00e9 du TFUE, la Commission doit consulter les partenaires sociaux europ\u00e9ens avant d\u2019entreprendre toute action dans le domaine de la politique sociale.. Forts de leur exp\u00e9rience de \u201cterrain\u201d de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et du march\u00e9 du travail, ils sont mieux \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019identifier les solutions les plus adapt\u00e9es pour r\u00e9pondre aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9conomiques et sociaux. Ils contribuent activement \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de la politique europ\u00e9enne dans le domaine social et de l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n
