Associate member of the European SeCoIA Deal project, the eTIC federation is happy to support and participate in it. The project will run until March 2023 to build together the social dialogue of tomorrow in the era of artificial intelligence.
Servir la COnfiance dans l’IA par le Dialogue
L’objectif du projet SeCoIA Deal, cofinancé par la Commission européenne, est de faire du dialogue social un outil effectif pour répondre aux nombreux défis posés par le développement de l’intelligence artificielle et affectant l’emploi et le travail, y compris des professionnels non-salariés.
Pour initier et préfigurer ce dialogue social renouvelé, le projet SeCoIA réunit différents partenaires français et européens, sous l’impulsion de la CFE-CGC, issus du monde syndical de l’encadrement, des entreprises de proximité, de la recherche action au service du monde syndical, ou encore engagés dans la volonté de mettre en lumière les impacts sociaux des algorithmes.
The inaugural seminar took place by video on 9-10 December 2021 from Paris. It was an opportunity to get to know each other, train the teams and get to the heart of the subjects around exciting interventions by experts from all walks of life. The collaborative work of the community is launched. It is structured around three stages:
- • Contribute to a better understanding and appropriation of the challenges and impacts of data and AI.
- Prefigure a new collective bargaining, involving the various stakeholders.
- Formulate generic and disseminatable recommendations aimed at developing an enriched social dialogue.
